Qognity Suite: all apps, one price
One email processed within one app counts as one run. Starter, Team and Business can be billed monthly or annually; Premium and Enterprise are billed annually.
How runs and requests are counted
A run is one email handled end to end (Tickets, Vendors). A request is a self-approved action (Booking). One email that creates several records in one app is one run. An email routed to two apps counts as two runs, which is the default maximum. Monitoring a mailbox and looking things up are never metered.

Extras on Starter to Premium: €20 per 100 extra runs and €20 per 500 extra requests, added only when your administrator confirms. Extra users cost €10 each on Team, Business and Premium.

- Extra runs and requests are added only when your administrator confirms; you are notified at 80% of an allowance and incoming messages keep being collected at the limit.
- Each app can be bought alone on any plan; the Suite includes every app.
- Model on your hardware: you provide a single server with one 24 GB GPU, 64 GB RAM and 500 GB SSD; Qognity installs, updates and monitors it.
- Enterprise is priced as an engine deployment plus the apps licensed; on-premises and air-gapped deployment, custom apps and connectors are scoped in the agreement.
- Start-ups with fewer than 20 employees and registered non-profits: Business for €50 a month in the first year.
Just need one app?
Subscribe to a single app on any plan. It comes with the full engine and the same allowance it has in the Suite. Add another app at any time. When you want two, the Suite usually costs less.

Starter, Team and Business are shown per month. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price. Premium and Enterprise are annual, setup included.

Other tools give me far more tasks for the price of your runs. Why?
A task is one click. A run is a whole job: reading the email, a draft, an approval and a write to your system. Compare a run to a ticket handled.
Do I need my own OpenAI or Azure account?
No. Every plan includes a model deployment we operate in the EU, with no model fees. If your policy requires your own account, use yours. If it allows no model at all, use deterministic mode, available for Tickets and Booking today.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
Nothing is lost and nothing is charged. Your admin is asked to add a pack. Email keeps being collected and processing resumes when the pack is approved.
Can I buy one app now and add another later?
Yes, at any time. You can remove an app at renewal. One invoice and one renewal date, however many apps.
We use Jira Data Center, on-premises Exchange or an ERP. Which plan?
Enterprise. Exchange, IMAP and Jira Data Center need our side of the setup, and ERP connectors are scoped as add-ons.
Can we see it on our own emails before deciding?
Yes. Starter, Team, Business and Premium come with a 14-day trial in your own workspace. On Premium and Enterprise we also run a guided demo on your own emails. The public demo is open to everyone, with sample data, and is deleted automatically after 60 minutes.
How does the trial work?
Ask for one through the contact form. We arrange a short call, create your workspace on our hosted platform and connect your mailbox with you. The trial runs for 14 days. Nothing is charged, and it does not become a subscription unless you sign an order.
