Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Qognity Single-Member P.C. (QOGNITY Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε.), Lefkippos Technological Park, NCSR Demokritos, Neapoleos 27, 15341 Agia Paraskevi, Athens, Greece, G.E.MI. number 182623601000 (“Qognity”, “we”). Contact: info@qognity.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to:
- the website qognity.com
- the public demo at portal.qognity.com/demo
- a trial of the Qognity Suite
A paid subscription is governed by the subscription agreement and order form you sign with us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
3. The website
The website describes our products and services for information. We keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. A price on the website is not a binding offer. A subscription starts only when we confirm your order in writing.
4. The public demo
The public demo gives each visitor a private workspace with sample data. The workspace is deleted automatically after 60 minutes.
Do not enter personal data, confidential information or live credentials in the public demo. We offer it without any commitment on availability.
5. The trial
- How it starts. You request a trial through the contact form. We set up your workspace on our hosted platform and tell you when it is ready.
- Length. The trial runs for 14 days from the day we give you access.
- Scope. One trial per organisation, for evaluating the Suite, within the allowances of the plan you are trying.
- Your systems. You may connect your own mailbox and other systems. You confirm that you have the authority to connect them.
- Cost. The trial is free. It does not convert into a paid subscription automatically, and we never charge you without a signed order.
- When it ends. Access stops at the end of the 14 days. If you do not subscribe, we delete your workspace and its content within 30 days.
6. Your content
Your content remains yours. We process it only to provide the demo or the trial. We do not use it to train models.
If your content includes personal data of other people, you remain responsible for it as controller and we act as your processor.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your own personal data.
7. Drafts, approval and your responsibility
The Suite prepares drafts, using rules or a language model. A draft may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing is written to your systems until a person approves it. You are responsible for the decisions your users approve.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site, demo or trial unlawfully, or to process content you have no right to process
- attempt to access another organisation’s workspace or to test our security without our written agreement
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Suite
- use the demo or trial to build a competing product
We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
9. Intellectual property
Qognity owns the website, the Suite and its documentation, including any improvements made as a result of your feedback. These terms give you a limited right to use the demo and the trial for evaluation, and nothing more.
10. Warranty and liability
The public demo and the trial are free and are provided as they are, without warranty.
To the extent the law allows, Qognity is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability in connection with the website, the demo and the trial is limited to €1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes and ending
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We may withdraw the demo or end a trial early if these terms are broken.
12. Law and courts
Greek law governs these terms. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any rights that the law of your country of residence guarantees you.
